"I’m only giving 2 stars because of the eyebrow technician (Liz). She’s a 5 stars herself but the management is so poor; I wish she had her own spot! I went to get a gel mani-pedi today. They put me with a guy who spent over an hour on my nails just to literally sacrifice my nails. It was just horrible! I showed it to the lady who answered the phone and who I’m assuming is the owner and they did nothing about it. The owner looked at my nails and said, “did you tell him?” and I said yes. She then went back to her phone and crossed her legs. Did absolutely NOTHING about it! For a company that’s in the business of service, this was so appalling! I know these types of salon usually have bad customer service but this was the worse!"
"This is my go-to Nail Salon! Won’t go anywhere else. Tracey did them this time, but they always look amazing no matter who does them!"
"Good and pretty nice place, good service. I was happy with my experience however the nail tech I had seemed almost annoyed with me. He was happy and chill at first but when I came to filing my nails he continued to get frustrated because I wasn’t “relaxing”. Which I was by the way, he then went to twist my entire arm and got frustrated when my arm couldn’t go that far and be relaxed. I understand there are certain techniques to be done when filing nails but it seemed a bit too much. My nails turned out good and I’m alright with the outcome. I got French tips on two of my fingers and one was completely crooked. I would’ve asked him to fix it but given the attitude I sensed before I didn’t bother. They all seem really nice and I understand it’s Christmas so they were probably overwhelmed. I do plan to visit again so I hope my experience isn’t the same next time."
"Absolutely stunning, Tracy took so much love and care into doing my nails. Lee was also such a sweetheart for my pedicure. It was my first time trying this nail place and I’m so happy with my experience! Will definitely come again."
"Danny is amazing when it comes to acrylic. I always do colored acrylic & no matter what I choose he goes above & beyond. I never leave unhappy & they never fall off! I’ve been going to him for years now. Lee is the BEST person to see for your toes. Even though I always do a polish change verse a pedicure she goes above & beyond to make sure it comes out on point! Danny & Lee are an asset to that salon. Go see them & you won’t be disappointed!"
