"DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU’RE A WOMAN!!! My car’s first visit was good, I have a Tesla model 3 and had 4 new tires put on and balanced with no issues a couple months ago. My boyfriend took my car that time and had no issues. I just stopped by today (just me no man) and I was quoted $40 for a simple patch for a nail! I was told my car not only has special tires but also special rims because it’s a Tesla. That’s a lie! My car, although a Tesla, doesn’t have special run flats like they come stock, I removed them because they weigh the car down. My rims have absolutely nothing special about it, pretty standard 20” rims. I refuse to be taken for a fool so I definitely let them know that they were wrong. Then they refused me service because suddenly my tire was too weak to patch, a 2 month old tire! There’s a tire shop not even a block away that not only charged me less but didn’t make assumptions nor did they pretend my car was somehow special. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU’RE A WOMAN! I suspect they tried to talk me in circles about my “special rims and tires” because I’m a woman. I will be reporting them to the BBB. I only gave 2 stars and not less because the first visit was flawless."

"Honest, upfront, fast!--Nobody like these guys. Ask for Santiago or Salvador. These people are remarkably professional, and again, honest. Prices are reasonable, and even if you feel you are paying more, PAY it...they deserve it. It is worth it. They take care of 5 out many more cars within our family. Super pleased customer, honesty is a rare gift only found here."

Service it's simply spectacular and everybody has a role as a team commanded by Santiago. This is one of those few places in Miami you get royal treatment and definitely want to come back.
