"If you want real quality furniture, this is the place. Gina is the best!! If you’re looking for local service and knowledge this is the place. I’m guessing that some of these other reviewers were expecting a “Slick Willy”, Miami style furniture store experience. Royal Furniture is not that kind of establishment. This is a high quality, low pressure atmosphere. I’ve bought a couple of different Lazy Boys, as well as mattresses and couches from them. Always a great experience."
"Business must be good because they clearly are not interested in helping customers. Saw the adorondak chairs driving buy and we're interested in buying. Store employees couldn't even be bothered to get up from desk and walk over to say hello, in the completely empty store. Also love the "no public restroom" sign. Service is apparently not important here."
