"Grandmart Furniture has a lot of beautiful items in their store. I was going to a different furniture store when I decided to take a quick peek into their store and I met a surprise. The staff were welcoming and the store was neat. Ms. Lili attended to me and she was very cautious and her politeness made me buy the items I bought. Thomas is the best delivery guy I’ve ever seen here in Florida, very cheerful and professional. He delivered the items with another staff but he made sure I was satisfied with the way he kept the TV stands and he came exactly the time he informed me he would be coming. This store will always be my go to and I will highly recommend you stop by here first for your furniture and other decorative accessories before going to another store. Their prices are reasonable. First two pictures are my goods and the rest from the store. The items I picked you can still find in stock. Thank you guys!"

"Worst place ever. !! My wife bought a 2400 dinning room set. Upon arrival she noticed that one of the chairs had a hole. She called the store and the lady was very clear. “ don’t worry, stay with that chair and we will send a new one, you have a two year warranty “. Next morning she received a call from “ the manager “ saying that they won’t be able to replace the chair because she was giving a discount at the store. Which she did but was never told because of a defect on the product. On the contrary sales person even said that it has two years warranty."

"We ordered and paid for a rectangular glass for our table and waited for it to come from their warehouse. On the day we were going to pick it up We were told it’s not ready they don’t have it and that we can either wait or get a refund and honestly, we’re disappointed and dissatisfied! I won’t be buying anything myself again from here. Not a good first time experience. EDIT: Am I supposed to give you5 stars for not giving me the product/ the service that I needed ? You guys never told me it was damaged when we asked you only said that we have to wait or get a refund. My review is complete honest. I haven’t put anything that didn’t happen. No one is reprimanding anyone. In America you get 5 stars for doing a good job sorry. ALSO you guys texted my mother and called her “corrupt” for writing an honest review ! That is what’s wrong and harassment. Sorry but my review is honest and you guys shouldn’t attack someone for writing the truth. Saying those things to my mother was very unprofessional."
