"Great customer service"

"Horrific customer service, I have been a customer for years and never called for assistance, my washer broke down and I contacted the local store for repair - since It is under the warranty. I have made 49 out of 64 payments. They said they would arrive between 4-6:30pm that day- my only day off so I made sure to be home and waited. No one showed. I called the following morning and asked if someone was going to show. One worker showed up unprepared to do the job by himself, he repeatedly told me they forgot about my work order because it wasn’t written on their board. He spent more time complaining about not wanting to unload the water from the washer than trying to load it and do the repair. He said he would need to come back the following day with more time - they open at 8am. I told him specifically both days I had to leave by 11am for work. I called the next day and the Manager was extremely rude claimed I had made late payments in the past and that I have dogs and I told the other worker to not come so he was not going to do the job. He said the customer is not always right. I will be contacting the corporate office, it’s the Holiday weekend and this never should be the situation someone is left in."
