"This morning I walked into Caliber Collision to get an estimate to repair my car. Never been in the place and hoped they could do the job for me. The receptionist greeted me with a smile and asked if I would like a cup of coffee. She was friendly and treated me good. She made me feel good right from the start. I immediately formed an opinion of this business that they practiced good customer relations. I met with an estimator at the business and he was just as friendly with me as had the receptionist. This business started off right from the start with me and I expect the service will be just as good. I did not change the 5 stars I initially gave this concern because they impressed me with the fine repair job they did on my vehicle and how they clean they left the inside of the vehicle and trunk.
