"Well, after reading the response from whomever is representing this company, the fact that you actually called a.potential client, rude, and couldn't seem to spell the word, rude........and instead of trying to rectify the situation, you got defensive, tells me that this is definitely NOT a place that I want to go to. How unprofessional! Word of mouth is a powerful thing. Maybe you all should have better training in how to deal with potential clients. I am one of, I'm sure, many, who read reviews, as they are part of the deciding factor of where I am going to part with my hard earned money. Do better."
"Called this morning to find out about an all day package and was scoffed at. Seemed as though I was completely bothering whom ever answered the phone. I live in milton and was trying to support smaller local businesses, this would have been a 600$ treat. I'm not sure who runs this business but you may want to get with your front desk lady!!"

The gift card does not have listed an expiration date so she was unaware of when she would have to use."
