"This is the second time Sarasota Ford has had my truck for over 1 month. The first time they lost my truck and told me they didn’t know where it was when it was dropped off by the tow truck. They took weeks to even diagnose the problem both times. They told me the computer and dash cluster of the truck was discontinued, two things the entire truck needs to function. The second time they didn’t even reach out to tell me ford no longer made the part I had to contact them weeks later to ask and they finally told me the part was discontinued. Each time they made no effort to help find me a used part they said I had to find them myself. Charged me an astronomical amount each time to get it fixed on top of having to buy the part and deliver it to them myself. Also, if you have an f-150 that is 2009 or older, good luck finding fundamental parts the truck needs to run, because Ford discontinued them all. I will not be returning, or ever buying another ford in the future."
