"Called them for a quote to have my wheels replaced. Guy named Joe quoted me a price, but when I went in, he realized it would cost more, however he said he would honor the price he quoted me, which I greatly appreciated. I had to return the next day because I did not have the lug nuts needed. They took a wheel off of my car, and then put it back on so i could drive home. Drove the car home and it now makes a weird knocking sound near the wheel they replaced. I was understandably concerned for my safety and called the store once I made it home. They told me to come back so they could take a look at it. I returned the next day with the correct parts for install. They then told me they don't have the correct information on my car and they cannot work on it at all - after they already removed one of my wheels. So they said they never should've touched my car to begin with because they allegedly don't have the correct torque specs for my car, yet they removed and reinstalled a wheel. They refused to install the new wheels for this reason. I tried to get them to fix the wheel they screwed up, but they don't know what's wrong with it. It makes a bunch of noise when I drive but they assured me it wouldn't fall off. To summarize: The gave me false information regarding their ability to do service, had me drive back to attempt to correct an error they made, and then refused to do further work on the car because they weren't supposed to touch it to begin with... Overall horrible experience. Notably, I spoke with NYZ both days I went there, and he was extremely polite and professional. I don't believe any of this was his fault seeing as all he did was check me in for my appointment. The technicians here don't seem to communicate with each other and there are clearly people there who aren't following policy. According to their policy, they can't work on my car, but they can remove the wheel and cause an issue and then not know how to fix that issue? Awesome."

"I have to say products we need are getting harder to find, such as batteries, automotive liquids of all kinds, the answers to questions from the staff in the automotive department. The knowledge is just lacking."

"Went to get a replacement battery for my antique car. It's my same second battery from Walmart. Both have 3 year warranty. The first battery lasted 5 years & 10 months. Good batteries for under $150."
