"Deluxe Home Gallery was a pleasure to do business with. We worked with Anna as designer there, and any question or concern I asked about was answered in detail within an hour by her. She also double checked on the choices we made to ensure that there would be no mistakes. The cabinets were promised delivery in 3 weeks and they were ready to install to the day, great quality cabinets and design layout. We also ordered the quartz from them and the installers for both the cabinets and the quartz did a great job. Workers showed up when they said they would and took great care and paid attention to the details. Very refreshing to do business with a company that really cares and is true to their words- this being after IAN when contractors were telling you what you wanted to hear and not delivering. Would defiantly recommend. VERY pleased."

"No resolution offered to all issues in photos. They don’t back their product or installation. After market rev-a-shelf used in a modified lower cabinet and marketed as a soft-close trash drawer, oven wall cabinet clearly has a crack from poor quality, nails poking through, screws poke through from the tracks on almost every drawer, cabinets cut at different heights so they don’t sit flush with the ceiling (we were there and personally witnessed the installer do this). Door faces with imperfections and chipping paint. $13k worth of junk."
