"I left my Fleetwood Storm on September 18 to repair a in the back . I made it very clear I live in it so not having my home for a extended period of time would not work for me Richard assured me the turnaround would not be long it was the second week and he tells me he sent estimate to insurance company and has not heard back I call insurance they say there has been nothing sent to them so my son talks to Richard and the third week he finally starts repairs it’s done so I go to pick it up and the whole time they had it no one bothered to plug it in which resulted in all the batteries are dead my refrigerator is off so everything in freezer and fridge has to be thrown out which includes hundreds of dollars in insulin and it has stunk up my home with mold in the fridge and they still have not plugged it in tomorrow will be four weeks they have had my home promising to fix the problem but have not. I do not recommend anyone go to these people"

"We took our travel trailer to Hi Tec Rv and it is the worst service. Richard does not tell the truth. When he says it will be a week to complete the work it turns out to be 2-3 months and it is still not completed. We bring it home after paying for a three months of rental for another place. Months later Rich says bring it in to do the work. Again he says it will be a week and told take two weeks so it can be completely done. Two months later still not done. Please find some other repair shop. I pray for them, for they know not what they do. The work was paid by Procressive insurance and they only pay approximately $700 per claim for rental coverage and no more. The repair shop did not want to help us with rental either."

"Traveling to get home before hurricane Ian arrived. Blew an airbag on my motorhome and was unable to travel. Richard and his staff went out of there way to see that we were repaired and back in the road within hours. He and his staff were so accommodating, conscientious and knowledgeable not to mention personable, friendly and easy going. Kudos"
