"This was honestly my worst experience at a ford dealership. I received an invoice amount and we agreed to it. A couple days later a technician calls to double the price because he feels that he should do one part at a time, I disagree and tell him I’m not paying that amount for the extra labor. The day kept changing to pick up my car. I had to call them multiple times, besides when they wanted more money. I even spoke with the higher manager who said ‘I will call you back personally in 30 minutes’, I had to call him back the next day. When I went to pick up my car the ‘salesman had his feet up on the window and playing on his phone, I was ready to get my keys and go. Take my advise and take your car somewhere else."
