"I hate to be petty but if you pay for the works package then you should also fill all fluids. My wiper fluid was so low that not even 1 gallon of rain x that I bought from the store filled it up. I’ve also had a tool stolen from my trunk from here. I understand how these places work as i use to work for Reeves Import Motorcars. You deal with a ton of people, a ton of cars and try to hurry and get it done but people would appreciate it more if you were just more thorough with everything, even the small things such a wiper fluid. I’m just going to find a different place to go to. Tired of dealing with large dealerships because it just seems to be the trend and makes sense why they get such a bad name/rep."
"Motor had a design flaw of which was not under warranty. After it was replaced, service rep helped get a $4k allowance so it was not so expensive. Wish they had at least cleaned the car."
