"THESE PEOPLE ARE TERRORISTS ON AMERICAN LAND. They have STOLEN my camper, which I had been legally and safely residing in for well over a year. I had permission to have it where it was briefly parked, on camera, at my family's place of business. The rude bully guy on the phone named "Edward," just sounded soooo accomplished and proud that he stole a Woman's (who also happens to be a grandmother) safe happy little haven. I do not owe these people. In fact, I do not owe ANYONE, ANYWHERE, ANYTHING. In reality, these towing people owe ME a BARE MINIMUM of $3,000/per day that they have caused me to be homeless now and out on the street, literally. They actually cannot even pay me enough for the pain and suffering I have endured, at this point. Someone, somewhere...please help me."

"Unprofessional. Didn’t follow instructions and didn’t communicate properly with their driver and ended up losing our original expensive key fob. Did not call me upon arrival, as I instructed multiple times, to make sure they see the key fob before towing it. Just towed it away, saying afterwards they got the car and THEN asking where was the key. They ended dropping the key somewhere along the way from where it was placed. They then refused to replace our key, said he’s done talking about it and then just dropped off the car at the drop-off location (at a shop), with no key. Never again!!! He was trying to negotiate that they can replace the key only if they keep and repair the car. Really?!! After losing our key?!"
