"Worst rip off car wash I've ever been in in my life. Then the free vacuum barely works. I breathe harder than the vacuum. Literally one tiny brush that automatically wipes your car and it is done. Absolutely 100% rip off terrible terrible job 2 seconds and they think your car is cleaned"

"My experience at Auto Spa Express left me deeply disappointed and frustrated. Despite my efforts to ensure a smooth car wash, I found myself in a distressing situation that reflects serious safety concerns. The only reason I give this place a one star is because I was able to vacuum out my car before going into the car wash. Upon entering the automatic car wash, I placed my car in neutral. Proof of that is I went forward into the car wash for 2/3 of the car wash tunnel. My foot was not on the gas nor was it on the brake. However, much to my disbelief, I was unexpectedly drawn backwards during the wash process. I attempted to navigate this unexpected turn of events, by pressing on the brake to stop me and then I put it into park. I felt a distressing jolt when I came in contact with the brushes again. This dislodged me off of the track. To my astonishment, the attendant who had initiated the car wash process did not notice my predicament, leaving me stuck in the middle of the car wash without assistance. With no choice but to take matters into my own hands, I had to locate a contact number for the office in order to request aid. When I eventually managed to connect with someone, The attendant came inside quickly, pushed my passenger side mirror back into place and told me to drive forward and around again to re attempt the car wash, which I obliged. Upon emerging from the wash tunnel, I was dismayed to discover that my passenger side mirror had been smashed and bent, as a result of the mishap. Seeking resolution, I communicated my concerns to the manager who displayed an alarming lack of professionalism and empathy. Instead of addressing the issue constructively, he hastily blamed me for not placing my car in neutral. When I asked him how it was if I were in reverse that I would move forward into the car wash he had no explanation. His dismissive attitude was exemplified when he pointed to a sign absolving the establishment from liability for damages. To my astonishment, the manager's conduct reached a new low when he interrupted our conversation to take a phone call. Upon his return, he nonchalantly informed me that the establishment bore no responsibility, leaving me feeling disregarded and dejected. Notably, the experience cost me an exorbitant sum of over $900 to repair my damaged mirror at a Honda dealership. Even more disheartening was the response from the intake attendant, who expressed helplessness by simply saying, "He's the manager." This incident has illuminated a lack of safety measures, ineffective communication, and a deficiency in customer care at Auto Spa Express. Ultimately, my review serves as a cautionary tale, highlighting the inadequacies in ensuring customer safety, the absence of proper checks before initiating a car wash, and a lack of accountability for the traumatic experience I endured. I strongly advise potential customers to exercise caution and reconsider entrusting their vehicles to Auto Spa Express."

"The extended mirror being pulled off the truck is the chance I took and could have happened anywhere. But the overall wash of the truck was pretty bad. I failed to take a photo of the tailgate that looked like it had never been touched. Hard to see the dirt in the photos, but it's there. They have shade at the vacuums but there's no air hose to get the crevices. They're not good not bad."

"Terrible equipment, does not wash everything off. When asked to go car wash again because the wash wasn't sufficient to get DIRT off, the gentleman said I either need to buy another wash or have the monthly membership. This is a very unethical practice, I will not be returning. I recommend everyone to stay away, unless you like wasting 17 bucks at a time."
