"I have owned a BMW for nearly five years, and the service department has usually been mostly helpful and courteous. Although the last few visits we’ve been told various things likely need to be addressed/serviced and then in follow up visits they interestingly are not mentioned. Aside - this review was for today’s service (a simple oil change) which started poorly right from the start dropping off my vehicle. The man at the kiosk was rude and dismissive - I was dropping off my vehicle as my husband was there to pick me up, so I used the self service check in (as Ive done in the past). The drop off kiosk guy treated me like I was dumb for doing that and had me fill out a paper form anyways, telling me the self service check in is only if you wait for your car - even though it has an obvious option to select drop off. This wasnt that big of a deal but was definitely poor taste and a bad first impression for a service visit. My service advisor later advised me that in addition to the oil change, the service techs found something that needed to be addressed - replacing engine mounts. I agreed to this expensive add-on, and had some other back and forth with my advisor but she never told me that there is now an additional fee for using a credit card (we learned later at pick up). I also usually get an invoice via email and the option to pay online, none of which happened. And my service advisor quit responding to my messages asking what time I could pick up my vehicle. When we got there to pickup, she was no where to be found. This all wasnt too terrible just a bit irritating and unprofessional. The final straw though - the girl stepping in to help us charged my credit card $22,000 instead of $2,200. It is supposedly being fixed … but what a circus and bad service experience. My husband is ready to trade in and go somewhere else."

"Truly not a fan of the way I am treated compared to everyone I sit around. Usually I make the first appointment available for the day. I’ll easily spend 4 hours waiting on an oil change and a simple car wash with a 2 minute vacuum. 3 hours without the car wash. After being at this location for 7 years, you’d think I’d find one good advisor, but their all too concerned about making commission to remember your face or greet you the same no matter you age or race. It’s quite interesting to see how differently I am approached. I worked I a dealership so I understand how things run. Also I have a lot of questions, which shouldn’t be a problem considering good associates will have or find the answer. Unfortunately I’ve been through so many advisors and everyone I actually enjoy working with leaves. Can’t be a coincidence can it?"
