"While my service person, Taylor was very nice and understanding, it took about 10 months to replace my 2 front seats that were under warranty. Multiple calls, texts, and emails to both the dealership and to corporate did zero good and were never responded to in any way other than "we can't do anything." Simply not acceptable and enough to make me change brands for my next car purchase despite liking my GLE 350."

"I got a flat tire and called Mercedes roadside Assistance. I was within 30 minutes of the Sarasota dealership and they sent out a team member to change my tire and take the damaged one with my rim back to the dealership. Within 2 hours of them having the tire back, they put a new tire on the rim and then i drove to dealership with my " spare" tire on - - and then they put the new tire on for me - - this all occurred within a few hours - - They truly stepped up to help and so do quickly - - I Couldn't ask for anymore than what Will ( changed tire and set new one) and then Shawn my service contact could have done for me! "Primary interface was Lisa, she made the expirence pleasant and seamless. Lisa provided a comprehensive explanation of what I was to expect. No surprises, no pressures. Everything happened just as I was told during the drop off. Lisa informed me a couple of hours earlier than the promised time, the car was ready. At the arrival Lisa went over each detail of the bill which was in fact a bit lower than I expected. Grateful for the fine front end representation. I also received a text message from the technician reviewing the vehicle for me. Then top that off with cookies and coffee, head and shoulders above any other. These folks aim to please and they hit the mark. Thank you."

"I will give a 1 star rating at Mercedes-Benz of Sarasota at this time. I was not greeted by anyone and to be fair, I did not go into the showroom. At other high end dealerships, someone would at least greet themselves out on the lot. Here not a single person bothered to say a simple "Hello". The new selection on the lot was very good (first time I saw up close an AMG G Wagon). From what I had seen, the used selection was very good and all vehicles were in impeccable shape."
