Without prompting them to do so, Tim and his team warranteed out all the components and parts they could and essentially saved me hundreds of dollars in the process. "I won’t go anywhere else. Great people, great communication. They never let me spend money I don’t have to spend. They go above and beyond and I’m grateful for them. I think it was Dayshawn specifically who went was a huge help with my flat tire, testing it and checking the other tires as well and checking up on a few other things on my car while it was in there."

"This is the worst tires plus I’ve ever been to. Made an appt for an oil change three days prior, they drained my oil and waited an hour and 15 mins before telling me didn’t have the filter they needed so they were going to order it. Wouldn’t you make sure you had stock for your upcoming appointments? Seems like the smart thing to do. They also wouldn’t give me a time frame for how much longer I’d have to wait so I could coordinate a possible ride. A total of 2 hours and 15 minutes later my oil change was completed. What was the point of making an appointment?I’ve never had issues at another location, these people were the worrrrrrst. I would recommend another shop, even driving out of your way to avoid this place."

"I brought my own brand new tires and rims here and asked them to mount and balance them. It was only 2 rims and tires. I dropped them off first thing in the morning and they told me it would be done by the end of the day. I had to get a ride each time I went there so it was important that they completed it when they promised. I came back at 530 pm and they weren't done. Thankfully the manager said to wait in the lobby and they'd get them done. About 45 mins later they were done. Unfortunately, when I took them to my uncle's mechanic shop and installed them on my Mazda CX-5, (his shop's tire mount machine doesn't do larger than 18 inch rims and these were 20 inches), I took the SUV for a ride and the steering wheel was unbearably wobbling. So I put them on my uncle's balance machine and I noticed there were only weights in the center of the wheel. Even the mechanic said he never heard of anyone doing it that way. Well, by the terrible balance they had I can see why. So I properly balanced them on the inner and outer edge of the rim with stick on weights. Low and behold, no more wobble. Any shop that doesn't think my vehicle is worth the extra 10 minutes to properly balance the wheels, is one I will never return to. And I now feel terrible for all the times I sent business to their garage because of ours not doing larger rims or lower than 50 series tires. I'm guessing that unless you are buying the rims or tires from them, they don't find you worth the effort to do the job properly."
