"They rebuilt an engine for my 1961 Lincoln Continental five years ago and when I complained that it was running hot they told me that would be the case until the engine was broken-in. It always ran hot and when I sent the engine back to them a couple of months ago for a repair, they told me it was caused by overheating and wanted to charge me over $2,500 to fix it! Never again will I have these people perform work for me!"

"They replaced my timing chain and water pump on my 06 manual pt cruiser, after my timing chain broke, whie at a stop light. They were the only shop willing to work on it, because it broke while driving. They had my car running like a dream, but sadly I didn't get to use it long, because someone hit me so hard; that they flipped me and the car into someone's yard, with my kids sports equipment and tools scattered all over everyone's yard and in the main street. I got a bad deal on a 04 sebring from the insurance money and I have had to replace so much already. Fuel injectors, fuel pump intake gaskets, throttle body gasket, lower control arms, upper control arms, outer tie rods, coolant bleeder valve, ac filter, engine filter, alternator, battery, front struts, serpentine belt, spark plugs, coils, 4 oxygen sensors, idle air control valve, and other sensors. Now I've had spinal fusion surgery, because of the accident, and the car needs some serious help; and I cant lift more than a gallon of milk. Pyramid was the first shop I thought of to call, so I can have a working car to do uber and Door Dash again. As this is the only light work I can handle right now, since losing my maintenance job because of the accident. Great shop! Trustworthy! Knowledgeable! Dependable! Will take on jobs, that other shops are afraid of! I can't wait to see how my sebring is running when they're done."

"Terrible experience using this company to repair a truck. This place is the classic unethical mechanic that misleads and lies to you in order to rack up a huge bill, never actually resolving your problem. A total of 3 trips to Pyramid to consistently repair an AC system, and then it was the serpentine belt that was broken, and then the compressor. Upon getting the vehicle evaluated by 2 other mechanics it was confirmed these items were not broken. A more reputable auto repair shop fixed the problem for $160 instead of the almost $2000 Pyramid wanted to charge to repair unbroken items. This was also after I had already paid them $1200 in completely unnecessary repairs for things that were not broken."

"I took a 2015 Chevy Silverado here for an air conditioner issue, I told them I charged it before I brought it in but that didn’t solve the problem, I get a call saying to come get it, it’s just low on refrigerant but spend the $300, days later the air conditioner stops working, I take the truck back shortly after and now this time it’s the condenser, after a couple months the air quits working and I take it back again, I get a phone call that it’s the compressor and that there’s a serpentine belt that needs replaced, the total charge is around $1700. I pick the truck up and drop it off at a different mechanic shop, I’m quoted $290 for a refrigerant hose line, the truck has been running fine since. I’m really curious if this was the issue the very first time I took the truck in and it cost me $1000 to find out. I also have a 2004 f350 with a repossession lift, I was told the solenoid was bad and would have to be replaced (prior to living in Florida I was an assistant manager for a large repossession company with 20 trucks, when we bought new trucks we would remove the old lift, replace the hydraulic hoses, the reel and the forks and put them on the new trucks, we did this the entire time I worked there for over 10 years, there was never a single time when a solenoid went bad). Now I’m curious if this repair even took place or if a wire just came loose."
