"I would give negative stars if possible. Went to this place to get brakes checked. I figured it needed pads and rotors. They told me pads needed to be changed but rotors were sufficient. I noticed problems yet but was now a couple hundred miles away. I went to a different place and they told me I needed new rotors and new pads again. I called jiffy lube and they said that's too bad and would not refund any money. I talked to corporate jiffy lube and they contacted the store but nothing has come from that either. Needless to say, I'm done with jiffy lube"

"Not an awful experience but I’ve been to a lot of jiffy lubes over the years and usually staff is very friendly and the facility is decently clean. The staff seemed put out when I came in and the facility was very gross inside. The ceiling was caving in from water damage and it was just very grimy and gross inside. I will go back to jiffy lube but definitely not to this location."

"We took our 2016 Kia Sorento to Jiffy Lube for an oil change and rear brakes and rotors. We were told both services combined would take 1 to 1 1/4 hours to complete. We were there 3 hours plus. They actually left our car and all 4 people went to work on another car. Now the brakes make a squealing sound and we have to go back and make sure there are no issues with the rear brakes and rotors. Lousy customer service!"
