I also had the pleasure of meeting the general manager who was very wise when I first said I was not 'wowed' by the feel of the driver's seat. Rather than any pressure tactics he acknowledged how important it was to feel 100% confident about a purchase. Then said, since you're here, you may want to sit in another similar vehicle since sometimes the previous owner either didn't break the leather seat in well or it may just feel different.
