"JUST REFRESHED SO THIS GOES BACK TO THE TOP!!!! PEOPLE NEED TO KNOW JUST HOW THIS BUSINESS TREATS YOUR CARS!!! Had some cosmetic issues with my Fusion that I turned into insurance. Geico Claims rep advised me that Deland Collision Center was a Geico approved repair facility and would give me amazing customer service and do a great job with the car. I paid Thursday (3/4/2021) morning with my credit card by phone so I could pick the car up after hours. I arrive at 7:36 pm and started my car. The great thing about these newer cars is the computer tells us everything about when check engine lights or in my case air bag lights come on. When leaving the parking lot I noticed that the air bag light was on. I took a photo and emailed it to the owner Laura Wilson who never called me back. I then called the body shop multiple times only to be told that they needed to contact the insurance adjuster. I called him and spoke with him about the issue and he stated that Geico would only cover it if it were part of the initial concern. I called back and spoke with the company again and they finally transferred me to Laura. I’ll spare you the back and forth dialogue with her but she cussed me out then made a comment that was extremely unprofessional. She stated “I don’t know who the F@ck you are or and who the f@ck raised you but you won’t talk to me that way, I will not repair anything “. I did state that I would dispute the charges and contact an attorney to get this resolved if need be. So far the vehicle is not safe to drive due to the air bag concern that it has now which it did not have before. The vehicle health data report shows the airbag system malfunction occurred at 1:46 pm which is the time she stated that detailing gave my car back to her. The wires in the photos below are under my drivers side seat and the rear seat for the seat buckle connectors. The additional damage was found by a Ford dealership who diagnosed the concern and quoted out over $1,000 cost in parts. They still need to be replaced and as of this review Laura and Deland Collision Center has refused to accept ownership of this issue that they have caused. I have been fighting with Geico insurance as well trying to get this resolved and get my car back in the condition I would expect. I have more photos as well as video proof of the times that the air bag light was triggered and the car was in possession of Deland Collision Center during that time frame. I would not recommend this facility to anyone who values their vehicle."

The Company As A Whole Knows Nothing; I’m Told. Oh…. And ‘Orlando’ Is NEVER There! I’ve Been Told For Several Months To Come Get My Vehicle On A Certain Date…. Only To Take Off From Work And Be Told By Deland Collision Center That They Need (1) More Month!!! They Lie…. Lie…Lie! Told Me Just Today Via Phone That They We’re Simply Waiting On (1) ‘Back Quarter Piece’ And I Do A Suprise-Show-Up Only To My Vehicle In This Condition and Being Kept In Such A FILTHY Broke Down Shack! 15K I’m Paying…. *I DO NOT Recommend Deland Collision To ANYBODY On EARTH!* Run PLEASE!!!!!"
