"Made an appointment online and arrived early. I waited an hour to be told my oil plug was stripped and they would not complete the oil change. This is doubtful since my hometown mechanic did the last oil change and did not advise me. Instead they quoted me over $900 for a replacement oil plug and pan. Pep Boys let's me down once again. I took it to Valvoline...Oil Change completed with a Smile. I Don't Recommend This Pep Boys Location!"

"I went to this pep boys and dropped my car off at noon (20Jan 24) for an oil change and two new tires with an alignment (my car still drifts to the left) why did it take until 6;47 pm before my car was ready it should not take 6 hours for that so either the tech is incompetent at his job or they were holding my car for some reason I will not be going back here ever again. "The customer service here is awesome. I had a flat and needed a replacement. They replaced it and balanced it, noticed I was missing a bolt in my breaks, offered to show me (I believe them as it’s not an expensive part and things were squeaky) They didn’t have the bolt so they called and got one delivered ASAP and put the bolt on very quickly and with the utmost professionalism. They were relaxed, professional, kind, informative, and communicated very well via text and in person updates. I had been here 1 other time. That was a great experience as well. 100% will come back."

"This is the most unprofessional, unorganized establishment that I have experienced in a very long time. I scheduled my vehicle to be serviced on 3 separate occasions within a two week period. I should have went somewhere else the 1st time but I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. Each time I delt with someone different but received the result. All I asked for was an oil change and tire rotation. Each time I scheduled an appointment, went to the facility and they didn't stock my filter. Rescheduled each time and each time they forgot to order my filter. Huge waste of time and energy with Pep Boys... Never again!"
