"I explained to Jake, I think is his name, that I needed front tires very badly, and that something was seriously wrong on the front end, but I was between paychecks and was afraid I couldn't afford anything that day. He explained that bad tires could cause some of these problems (I didn't believe it could cause such serious wobbles) and he said he could look at it in about an hour if I wanted to wait. I did. I was having a bad day, too, and he was very kind and gave me some life advice that made me feel better. Then he showed me that one side of front end could use some work but it could wait until I could afford it. He gave me the cost out the door for 2 new tires, and I had just about enough to afford them, so he put them on. As soon as I drove away from Garrett's I was amazed that just putting the new tires on fixed most of the shaking and bumping that I had thought was a badly damaged front end. I will definitely go back to Garrett's for other repairs and for when the rear tires need to be replaced. I will highly recommend Garrett's based on my great experience. Thank you!"

"Had a used replacement tire put on, quick and good work done upon first visit, sadly the tire had a malfunction and was leaking air once I got home. Been here multiple times, with absolutely no issues any time before so I knew there would be no issues getting the problem resolved. Showed up again and explained my situation and the stud of a mechanic helped me out and within minutes. 5 stars and will definitely continue to use their services when needed! Thank you guys!"
