"I will never purchase another thing from City Furniture. I ordered a bedroom set with dresser, when the furniture was delivered after being back ordered for months every piece was a different shade of gray. They agreed it was bad and that had “ never happened”. I was promised and led on for over 8 months that they were going to replace and “make it right”. After multiple failed scheduled deliveries that were canceled by City Furniture the morning of I was then told they discontinued the collection. I asked if they could at least discount the furniture considering how long I waited and waited and the fact that it isn’t all the same shade and I was told they would not be doing that. This was ordered at the Ocoee, Fl location and I dealt with the manager Wendy and Rodrigo. Extremely frustrating experience and will never go back."

"I bought a guest bed 40 days ago, they set it up. I have company coming this weekend, I got it all ready and layed down on it and it fell apart. They dont want to cover anything since it was over a month old. Biggest waste of 700 for sure."
