"Had an accident and brought my 42' Vanleigh Vilano here for repairs as it was a suggest shop via Progressive. They did a really good job on the body work, I can't even tell where they had to rebuild part of the rear wall and corner. The rest of the repairs they did are horrible. They accidentally cut some wires running to the back of the rv, powering the washer and dryer. It was dumb luck I found them. When reinstalling the black tank, they did not install the air vent correctly, so I had to tear into the floor and wall myself to try and fix that. The vent tube was not attached in any way to the black tank, so it quickly came loose and just directed all the black tank odors into the floor/interior of the rv. The heating duct was also smashed flat by the new black tank, so no heat was making it to the rear of the rv. The interior trim work was really pathetic. They cut into my laminate floor without a straight edge, then just glued the flooring back down with the seam looking really bad. And the icing on the cake, the two tires they replaced were inflated to 20 lbs each when they handed me the keys to the rv. I had to use their own air tank to inflate the new tires in the parking lot of the shop. In the end, I've found that the repair quality is about as good as the build quality on RVs. Many of these issues are 100% a quality control deal, and I've left out many of the conversations I had with them through the process pertaining to some of these that make the result even worse. I was not happy with the result of the repairs they did, but being full time, and after having my rv for 5 months, I had no choice but to move on and deal with the repairs myself. See images, some are of issues not even mentioned."

"One star, because I had too. Took our RV there to get the fridge fixed. Told it would take two to three days. Two weeks later it's not fixed. Got the run around. When the office finally called Tina only wanted to know how much insurance we had on the motorhome. They wanted to pull the fridge out she said it was working, but needed more parts. We told her no insurance she said wow, I will have to talk to parts man . We told her call with cost before buying or fixing. I said will the fridge work then she said maybe. Wait two more days no one called. Called back was told need new fridge for around 2,700. Not including labor. Said couldn't be fixed said wiring replaced none found fixed later. Said it's been 2 weeks we missed our trip we would pick it up. We were charged 789. and that was all labor no parts. They charge 199.00 an hour. They said they are a 5 star place. I would give them zero if I could. We left with the same problem and 789. poorer...Buyer beware."

"We took our Grand Design travel trailer in for some warranty issues and we feel we made a terrific choice. We are extremely happy with the entire process from the time we called to make the appointment until we picked up our camper. Tina does a remarkable job listening to what needs to be done and coordinating the repairs. We have been taking campers to various shops for over forty years and this was the very first time we got our camper back before the date we were promised. Most of all, the quality of the repairs is top notch."

"A number of years ago we had to bring our Winnebago 26RBSS to Campers Inn Collision Center, Ocala, FL for an emergency repair. We were very impressed with the staffs customer service, and the almost immediate repair. I’ve never forgotten how well they treated us! So when we needed repairs to our Cedar Creek “fiver”, we made an appointment with them - even though this business is three (3) hours away. We were not disappointed! Tina, Brian and Tim Chesteine treated us like friends and got the repairs completed that same day. We certainly appreciate them and their willingness to get the repairs done so efficiently. We highly recommend this business and especially Tina, Brian and Tim."

"Got into an accident in Alabama while refueling causing a 9ft. tear right in the middle of my sidewall, I managed to seal it with house weather tape until I could get home to Ocala and fix it. The work took a long time due to the lockdown and the insurance adjuster not Ocala Body Shop. Tina and Tim could not have been nicer, Tim wanted to replace the whole 40ft sidewall but the logistics and pricing even if one could be shipped intact would cost a lot more then the RV, Tim didn't think I would like just replacing the middle wall but I could not be happier with the work they did to it, inside and out all look awesome. I recommend this business to anyone that has had an accident with their RV"
