"Cynthia, Xiomara, and Ana are always so helpful every time we come in. Even when they are slammed they always take their time to assist every customer. They always have a large collection of Squishmallows and other plush. They always keep the store flawless. Even when they credit card system goes down or a toddler gets an ear piercing they don’t buckle under the pressure of the ever demanding customers. 100 stars all day every day."

"This Claire's is by far the best Claire's I've ever been too!! The staff here is so nice and super helpful! The store is always so busy because they have so many items for any age group but still, all 3 that were working, Cynthia, Xiomara and Ana all found time to help us find something or answer a question! This store is always the cleanest even tho is so full of inventory! It's nicely set up and so many nice displays with great sales happening all the time I highly recommend this store!!"

"UPDATE JUNE 6 2022 i finally got the gift cards on May 17th. 2 1/2 months late. It was a gift for my granddaughters birthday on March 31. I called customer service n the woman gave me in writing permission for my granddaughter to use them n shop bc of all the aggravation. We went to Clsires, she had fun picking things out n to my surprise the gift cards were frozen n could not be used. I called customer service n was told I have to pay for them even though Lisa in customer service was kind enough to let my granddaughter use them n even though it was in writing. DONT EVER SHOP THERE AGAIN. EORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY DO NOT HONOR WHAT THEY OUT IN WRITING. THERE ARE PLENTY OF OTHER STORES THAT HAVE THE SAME OR SIMILAR ITEMS. I ordered gift cards on March 3rd, I have not gotten them and have been checking the updates every day since March 7th. Every day it states 'Your order will be delivered March 7th by 7 pm." Same thing for March 8, 9 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20. I called several times, yesterday Debby in customer service said even though I cancelled my order on March 14th, they cannot cancel it. They have to wait to find out where it is from UPS. I was charged for this and they cannot send me any written confirmation that I cancelled the order but should be assured they have it in their notes. They also have my $75.00. This is the worst customer service. I will never buy anything from this company again."

"this store is a bit small. With the new restrictions you might have to wait to get inside. There are a lot of displays that clutter the sales floor. But they offer a good selection of kids jewelry."
