"I brought in my 2014 BMW 640i to have a gasket replaced and a couple days later I noticed that there was flat black paint on the front end where somebody had scraped the front end and then sprayed it with flat black paint to cover it up so I wouldn't notice it. It was the only place I took it and if it happened in a parking lot or something they wouldn't have taken black paint to cover it up. I took it in and showed it to the manager and he said that they didn't do it. Which I know they did. I will never take anything back to them or recommend them to anyone.there's no way that they did it and I know they did. I'll never take anything back to them ever again and in fact since they replaced spark plugs in my BMW it has never quite run right again"
"They might be good, I wouldn't know you have to wair 14 days before they can even look at your car. Shop didn't seem vey busy so I would think it's a staffing issue"
