More Space Place - Palm Harbor, FL

"We recently bought a condo in Dunedin and were looking for a Murphy bed. We went to the More Space Place in Palm Harbor, they had a great selection and we bought a bed. I was told by a contractor to be very careful about who we buy a Murphy Bed from as it is not that easy to install correctly. More Space Place has great installers working for them and I was so impressed watching these two guys work. They built it on the ground and installed it, the process took about four hours. The result is a great looking unit, and I could not be happier with this company."

"I did not purchase a Murphy Bed from them so I can't speak to the quality of the installation & product. I entered the store on a Saturday about a half hour before they closed. There was only one salesperson, Bill. He stood up from his desk and basically just stared at me. Thinking I might be in the wrong place, I awkwardly asked if this was a furniture store. He said yes. I said oh, ok, I thought you would greet me or ask how you can help me or something. He replied coldly "I said hello". Ok... I left without buying because I needed to check the size of my mattress. I texted with him a bit and was ready to buy but there was literally zero interest. It seemed like he didn't care about making the sale. Maybe it looked like I didn't have any money (I do)... maybe this business is a front for money laundering lol. In any case, the customer service (or lack thereof) was awful."

"I had all closets in my condo done by Bill & his Awesome team at More Space Place, Palm Harbor! I wish I could give 10+ Stars!! This team is so Awesome from Designer Bill who is excellent at sharing ideas + his expertise to give me More Space! I feel like my place has increased square footage just by adding new closet designs!! Jan schedules and Paul installs! They were both Great!! This whole team is so AMAZING! Oh, and the prices for custom closets is very affordable and so worth it!!! Thank You More Space Place of Palm Harbor!!"

"We just had a Murphy Bed/Office installed, and we are thrilled with the results! The entire process, from start to finish, was seamless and stressless. It started with an excellent experience at the Palm Harbor store, where Kristin was friendly and professional as she talked us through the design procedure. Her expertise and guidance was invaluable. She stayed in constant communication with us, keeping us apprised of delivery and installation dates. The installers were on site for two full days, led by Daniel. He is amazing! Polite, professional, cleaned up after the job...he made sure that every detail was perfect. Throughout the whole process, Jan stayed in touch via phone to make sure things were going as planned...a nice personal touch! We’re very impressed with the service and the product from More Space Place. Gotta love a company that actually delivers on promises! Thank you!"

"I have lived in Palm Harbor for 20 years, dealing with many service companies, but, I have to say that the More Space Place is, by far, the most professional, caring, experienced people I have ever met. From the first day in dealing with Bill O'Connell, my design person, to Sam and Kurt (the installers) and then Jan, the owner, I cannot say how overwhelmed I am by their customized work but, more importantly, by the care and dedication that they gave me. They called prior to the date of the installation asking if the date was still acceptable, then called me the next morning to give me the anticipated arrival time and all the while checking with my availability. Both Sam and Kurt periodically checked with me on items to make certain they met my approval - customer service was of prime importance to everyone I have dealt with -- something so rare in this day and care & for which I am so very much appreciated. I love my closets and when I'm ready to move again, I know what company I will call first -- More Space Place -- all I can say is Thank You for a job extremely well done!!!"
