"I took my '72 Monte Carlo in for an alignment after Baseline was recommended to me by another shop that finally figured out they couldn't do an alignment on a car that old. Before they figured that out I had been quoted "around $300".Took it to Baseline and I was out the door for $80 and in far less time than "the other place" had said it would take. "This place was really quick and people were very nice. Now how ever we thought there prices on new tires were a little high. They don't really have friendly parking very small not a lot of room so definitely don't take a big car in there. But over all they were very quick and nice. They get the job done. A gentleman called me and went above and beyond to make my experience one of a kind with them and they did just that. So I will give them a five star rating I have never had an owner try and get a hold of me to make sure I had the utmost best experience there. So I definitely give them the credit for reaching out and caring for the customers that visit them. So thank you for reaching out to meet the concerns we had.
