"Luke (the older man) is literally the most unhelpful employee ever. With a major chip on his shoulder. My husband went there on 2 separate occasions...the last trip I went with him. His attitude and body language is atrocious...as welll as the unnecessary comments as if we were stupid. He needs a mandatory class in customer service. All we needed was a rubber grommet ..that's literally it. I'll stick to AutoZone where Michael is on 13th street. I don't see me ever going back here to Napa."
