"If I could give 0 stars I would have, but requires at least one star. My fiancé brought her car in to get a light bulb replaced. They charged her $180.00 to replace both headlight bulbs. Unfortunately I was out of town on business and she was worried that one of her bulbs were out. Totally took advantage of a young lady. Buyer beware. I would not ever recommend."
"Editing my 5 star to 1 star...after my great experience, I had a scheduled service for one of my business vehicles for an oil change and tire repair. My employee arrived and the van was taken into a bay right away. TWO HOURS LATER, my employee inquired on the status, as he had a service appointment which was running behind, and they had just finished the oil change and hadn't begun to repair the tire. My employee advised he'd have to take care of the tire another day because he was out of time. Advance Tire placed the tire back where it belonged and left the tools strewn out in the van, which they removed to access the tire harness. In summary, they took way longer than they should have, did not complete the scheduled service and left tools out inside the vehicle. Extremely dissatisfied with this company and will not return! No appointment was available, but they allowed me to leave my vehicle for them to try to squeeze in during the day. They were able to service the car, and identified a badly worn tire. I picked up my car, they changed the oil, replaced two tires and back brakes, all for a very reasonable price. Thank you Advanced Tire!!"
