"Told the lady on the phone that I had a used alternator that I want to put in she gave me a price for $180 not bad at all the price was fine. The problem is that when I got there the next day. They told us they do not install used parts. You people need to get a better person on the phone because that was a waste of time driving there and I'm thinking that they going to work on my car. Ps you people need to wash your dogs all 5 of them."

"This guy has great reviews on Google but my experience was the exact opposite. The second I didn't come off as a proclaimed Republican like Rusty did upon meeting me, all of a sudden he didn't have time for me and he couldn't do a fix on my car but when I spoke with him on the phone, he was all gun ho to help me. The West Coast plates on my car were a dead giveaway. These guys have hard-core hatred towards anyone who isn't like them. Sincerely, shame on these people for conducting business in this manor. I'm also reporting them to the better business bureau"
