"Zero stars is what this place deserves. Absolutely Terrible. The boys working at take 5 in Ocala, FL were careless and not thorough at all. They did not tightly put the oil cap back on and I lost a large amount of oil and didn’t even know it until the car started running funny. Went back to try and problem solve and figure out what happened. Nobody wanted to take ownership of the problem, including corporate. Took 4 different return visits for them to even notice the cap was loose. Will never take my car back to Take 5 and also will warn all my contacts of the horrible service."
"Stopped in to have oil checked because my light kept warning me for service even tho I'm 600 miles from next oil change. The 2 guys topped it off nicely told us about specials they had and were very friendly. Thankyou for the service. Oh yeah no charge too."
"They did a great job on my oil change checked everything underneath the hood I asked a few questions about the transmission he said they told me that they are getting started to do that and to come back another two weeks and he will let me know about that and so we'll go from there he asked me about my radiator I just had a new one put in so he tell me what about the mileage will be for the cleaning of the of the radiator so they did a lot of asking questions and and I answered them so the guys really did a really good job and I give him a five-star thank you very very much and y'all been doing my oil changes on this truck since I bought it they said every 3,000 mi I need to do the oil change on my engine and go for me and y'all been doing a great job thank you"
"The gentlemen that worked on my car were very attentive and gave me an explanation of everything they were doing as they checked my car out. When I first arrived one offered a cold bottle of water. He was very courteous. I have gone to this location ever since I owned my car and feel good about everything when I leave."
