Just finished a tire rotation/ alignment and full inspection, everyone was friendly, professional and accommodating while we got this done. We highly recommend Electrified Garage for routine and special services, they will also recommend and install mods that you may want."

"If you’re a person of color I highly suggest DO NOT go here. Upon arrival the manager profiled my Tesla and didn’t believe it was mine. His assumption ran wild asking me if this was a salvage title etc. I was given last min requirements after lack of communication and shipping my car to them. Bryan (the manager) sent me a text at 10pm the day before car is scheduled to arrive regarding min charge on the vehicle should be at 25% and keys need to be with car(the app can simply start the car without a key) you would think with them being Tesla experts that would be the least of the problem (most Tesla that are damaged . The batteries dies especially, if not drivable. It just needs a simple charge) after shipping my car just for them to realize it’s not drivable (I made sure to be clear it wasn’t drivable and included Tesla invoice that they quoted me on the phone before shipping my car) just for them to say the driver unit is not rebuildable . It needs to be replaced . they could have said this to me through the phone (lack of communication) . Now they don’t even want to replace the drivers unit with no explanation."

"If you found this place to fix your Tesla then you found the BEST place. I won’t bore you with the details of how I ended up needing a new battery but let’s just say that Tesla quoted me over $20K to get my car up and running again but Electrified Garage was able to not only fix my car for a fraction of the cost, but it seems to be running better than it did when it was still working. I wanted to wait a few weeks to make sure there wasn’t any issues before writing this review and I’m happy to report that everything is still working great. Guy was a pleasure to work with and helped me every step of the way. They even had the car charged up for me before my long trip back to Texas. Yes even with shipping my car to FL and driving it back to Texas, it was still well worth it and if ever I have any issues with my Tesla again, I only trust them with it.
