When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by a very professional and super nice guy introduced himself by the name Jeff Johnson. I told him I came in to look at a Honda odyssey and he showed me the vehicle and we roadtested it. I agreed to go ahead with the the purchase . They took great care of me gave us a great deal. I want to thank Jeff, Miles and Jim in finance they went beyond to satisfy me. Also want a special thank you to Jimmy Morejon service manager for taking care of my handicap lift and making sure that I was a satisfied customer. I was in the automotive industry for 36 years and I know great customer service when I see it. Kudos to all the staff at Pearson Nissan."
"I bought my car from this dealership and thought I could trust them for service. Went in for a simple tire check and oil change and my car was driving perfectly fine and passed all their inspections, but on my way home suddenly out of nowhere I have a cracked radiator with coolant everywhere. When we called to tell them about it, they were very dismissive and rude and wanted $160 to run a diagnostic on it. Terrible customer service. I'm bringing it to Gainesville Nissan instead so they can fix whatever these people have done to my car. Gainesville Nissan's customer service is outstanding and they would never treat a customer the way Pearson Nissan has. Edit: I am now out $908 and had to replace my radiator. Absolutely furious with Pearson Nissan service department."
