"They were great and fit me in without an appointment, but then again, I've been dealing with them for my last 3 vehicles. They dealt with my extended warranty folks and moved the process along. My only disappointment was there wasn't a loaner car available when it had to take an additional day and a half. Outside of that, they deserve the 5 stars. They never disappoint with service."
"My car was serviced in a reasonable amount of time. However, the Service Technician was NOT friendly. I was quoted prices higher than when I scheduled my appointment 3 days earlier. I would advise customers to write down the names of associates and your quoted prices when calling dealerships. Thankfully, the associate who quoted me the price over the phone also advised me to search the site for service coupons."
"11/10/2023 I scheduled the yearly service for my MK7 Golf R with Danny. An emergency arose for me and rescheduling was done smoothly and without complications. Upon arrival, I was early, as is my practice, I relaxed in the lounge / waiting area until I was my time. The VW was taken in promptly and work was done by Carlos. Carlos has serviced both of my cars for many years and he always does excellent and top notch service. The requested services were performed, the car was washed and detailed in a very timely manner. Danny in service has been extremely responsive and helpful with any / all services I’ve had performed. Absolutely no complaints, issues, or concerns. I am grateful for the service provided by VW of Ocala. I can’t recommend them enough. The Best. Danny Long"
"My car was not serviced for the problems with motor hesitation and rough transmission because of a bad tire which I was able to fix for $165 whereas the service department wanted $850! Wasted four hours and definitely not a happy camper, but the coffee is still tops!"
