"At least they smile while they are lying to your face and stealing from you. Took in my prius for a problem with my brake system that was covered by warranty, I took the car in on a Monday, they told me that a loose gas cap caused the ABS and traction control lights to come on, I told them that you could hear the brake booster come on ever few seconds and that I was pretty sure that the problem was not the gas cap, I paid the dx fee and took the car home, the next day as soon as I got in the car all the lights were back on, this time I took it in and suddenly it was the brake system that was causing the problem, after leaving the car for a couple of days they called and told me it was ready fixed under warranty, I asked for a refund of the diagnostic fee was was taken to speak with Joseph Cabrera, was told that he would look into it and get back with me, the next day was a Friday and I received a TXT saying he was waiting to hear about it and he would be in touch, I have responded to the txt as well as placed calls and sent an Email, It is now almost 2 weeks and still no contact. My first experience with Deluca will be my Last. Covid has brought back the uncaring nature of the car dealership. So sad because I like my Toyota but the dealership is awful. Never again"

"Never again. I had a scheduled appointment for an OIL CHANGE at 8am. I’m watching as people who came well after me come and go. Around 10 I ask how long the wait will be for my car just for them to tell me they were working on it now. I literally did not leave from up there until 11:20am. 3 whole hours I sat for a simple oil change and the only reason I did not get dropped off is because I did not think it would take as long. I of course let one of the service guys know in which he told me it shouldn’t have taken more than an hour and apologized."

"I feel I was taken advantage by my service advisor who offered services my car did not need. My car has only 20,000 miles on it. It did not need a throttle body service and other services that were done. I was charged $441.42 and that is with a coupon for 15% off and I had to wait 2 hours. My car doesn't run any better and who knows if the services were even done. I am thinking of faking my car somewhere else next time."

"Service department was excellent. Deli was incredible. In-house complimentary salon was advertised as open and was not. Very disappointed because I scheduled early to take advantage of that, knowing I was going to be there several hours, so I didn't make arrangements for a ride."
