"Came in to get a water pump replaced on my 2013 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid a couple months ago. Mind you the water pump on this car was electric unlike most vehicles. Job was done very well and the cost was a lot cheaper than the actual dealership. Even though it still hurt the pockets a bit, the service was very good. Both David and Lucas were very kind and respectful and knew what they were doing."
"Went in for simple rear brake job. Came out with no brakes Had to go to different shop to fix what Alexanders screwed up. UPDATE Went to different repair shop to correct brake issue. Upon inspection it was revealed that Alexander ASE mechanic had put the passenger side brake shoes on reversed. New shop fixed shoes, turned drums which Alexander didn't do and adjusted rear brakes, also what Alexanders didn't do. My suburban now stops and has proper pedal as it should No thanks to Alexanders. Stay clear"
