"I have been having a lot a issues with my product from here I bought a bedroom set and a washer upon arrival that was to be from 5pm the latest they got here to 8 after sitting and waiting on them only to find out they brought the wrong washing machine, I had to pay an addition 27 for another washing for something that’s not my mistakes only to say it will be delivered a week out, I agreed and waited only for the day of delivery I sat and wait after the driver told me he was 15 mins out, I said and wait after seeing an hour pass I called him only for him to tell me he called me and I didn’t answer, when he did not call me as I’m home and waiting on him. So now I have to wait for another call to know when the next delivery will be. I am so disappointed with the back and forth and me paying more for an issue that isn’t my problem on top of it the drivers are being rude to me. I just wanna refund everything at this point!!!"

"Robin has always been a great sales rep. and, today, she came through for us again! I called her with some questions about a recliner on their website. She went above and beyond to provide the answers I needed. My husband went to try the recliner for himself, loved it and Robin was able to do the sale over the phone. She asked if I wanted the additional warranty (which I forgot they offered). "YES!" Add that on! Tonight, my husband will have the most luxurious, gorgeous and comfortable recliner to relax in ... anytime he wants! Long story short: Very knowledgeable and friendly staff, smooth transaction and we will be going back soon to get the matching sofa and loveseat."
