"We just completed a kitchen & vanity remodel with The Final Touch Design (working with Mackenzie). I cannot say enough good things about our experience. We live in Atlanta so to do an off season remodel from afar is challenging. Final Touch handled 90% of the task for us (tear out, new cabinets, new granite, new farmhouse sink, new undermount sink) and kept us up to date along the way with scheduling, expectations, and completion. We received photos as the work was done, and Mackenzie was very hands on and very responsive (to my millions of questions--she's very patient! LOL). Their follow up after completion was thorough, and they took are of a very minor issue we had, correcting it quickly and to our satisfaction. We are absolutely thrilled with their customer service and with the final job. I highly recommend to any PCB folks."
