"Worst experience ever. Ordered a Sealy mattress and it was to be delivered today. We verified last week that it was in and scheduled for today. We even verified again yesterday that the delivery was scheduled. When it did not get the morning call for the estimated delivery time we called the company only to learn that they grabbed the wrong mattress. They would be happy to give us a firm mattress temporarily until the plush comes in. We flew here just to get the mattress we ordered. There was no attempt to get us what we paid for in a reasonable time frame. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this company because you cannot rely on what they promise, especially when they promise three times."

We purchased an in-stock mattress on Friday afternoon and it was delivered early Saturday morning.
