"Moved back to SRB and I'm so glad Mike is still here! He saved me $1400 years ago. Another shop told me my Explorer wasn't drivable and would cost over $1400 to repair. Took it to Mike, he listened to the clacking sound, popped off the tire and laughed. It was just the emergency brake pad rusted and broken into two pieces. Charged me $40. Took about five minutes.
