He arranged for my family to be picked up and delivered to and from the airport, he even was able to get car seats for my kids. "I will never forget that Jim basically saved our family vacation and my marriage. Long story short, hubby booked this vacation but didn’t tell me we weren’t staying at a hotel. We were in a condo with zero food, water, alcohol & NO transportation!! Jim came through for us with only a couple hours notice & yes I made my husband walk/run 2.8 miles to Guardian before closing time!! Our vacation was smooth sailing after Jim put us in a sweet Cheery red jeep!! Super easy to drop off the car on Sunday and Jim even arranged a driver to bring us back to the airport. "Met Jim on short notice and asked about renting a Jeep. One of the finest gentlemen I have met. Took care of me on a Sunday. The red Jeep was the perfect car. Clean, nice and well maintained. I arrived early at about 9:30 A.M. Jim and I talked about life experiences for over 2 hours. Return was a snap. Arrived, drop the keys off and was on my way. If ever back in the Destin area I will at least go chat with Jim."

"We were so very grateful for Jim’s rentals, we had forgotten to get our normal rental from Budget. There is a car rental shortage and we were just stuck using only our golf cart and desperately needed a car. I feel for these others who rented from Jim and had a bad experience. I wish they could have had ours. Jim, my husband and I were just so grateful to get the car and it made our trip just that much better. We rent cars monthly so we knew the fine details of renting, video the entire car inside and out. Photos of major dents and marks especially the bumper, photos of instrument panel as well. Be sure your insurance covers rental car and there are major credit cards that even have some coverage. When you return your car video it again and take photo of instrument panel. This helps protect both parties."
