This thoughtful gesture allowed me to seamlessly VPN into my government laptop and work remotely while waiting for the repairs. To add to the exceptional service, the team even extended their hospitality by offering me some delicious chicken wings that the manager had bought for a staff meeting. Since this is my RV puller, I hung around to see what they could find. He continued to check back with me throughout the process of diagnosing the issue.
