"I came in today and it appeared like management was more interested in taking pictures of their dog on one of the display beds than helping customers. I had a question and asked a nice lady that worked there. She then asked the manager and she seemed annoyed and like she shouldn’t be bothered."

"Michael the store manager needs to take a cue about customer relations from his staff (Erica and Johnathan). I had a question, Michael was at the computer counter apparently helping someone else. He said to me be with in a moment. I had one question...really, apparently he cannot multi-task. I found Erica and she was more than happy to help and so was Johnathan. Michael was still helping the same customer when I left 45 minutes later. Would I have had to waited that long for him to answer one question?? Good grief he has done this before in the store from my observation. I am a local so I've been in the store many times. I will continue to shop at Pottery Barn because of the other staff but next time I go in to the store and it happens again I will be dressing down Mr. Michael in front of whoever happens to be there, count on it."

"I cannot believe pottery barn has the most horrible service. I will be quick. Ordered $15,000 worth of furniture. Took them 9 months to deliver. An item was missing and I waited another three mo this until I started calling. Eventually, I finally spoke to a lady that tracked the item down. I received an email telling me they canceled the order. I had already received the chair that went with the couch that canceled. I asked them to come pick up the chair because it doesn’t make sense to keep it and it not match the discontinued couch. I have been more than patient with them. I will NEVER buy from them, EVER! They have beautiful items if you can get them here or speak with a customer service person. Make sure you buy what’s in stock. If not, make sure you call to see how long it will take before purchasing. Very disappointing. !"

"This has been an extremely disappointing experience. We purchased multiple pieces of furniture from this location and have received very disappointing customer service after the order was placed. My wife has frequented the store on at least three occasions only to be met with staff who weren’t interested in helping her. Regardless of the fact that furniture takes forever to be delivered, our request for speaking to individuals on the sales floor has been met with irritation and lack of availability. Even today, after waiting since October 22 (today is 3/4/22), our furniture was delivered with multiple issues and my wife was told to wait in line for a sales associate even after speaking to someone on the floor wearing a name tag. Their attitude was poor and the associates responded as if they were completely inconvenienced. We have ordered furniture from “rooms to go “and have experienced wonderful customer service and a much more timely and fulfilling experience. We had a similar type of furniture delivered with zero issues and a much more accommodating staff. To be honest, the materials and craftsmanship does not seem to be very different. I would be happy to give Rims to go my business and replace it more often. Sadly, we won’t refer anyone here or be making any additional purchases from here. Do yourself a favor and Go elsewhere."

"Customer service??? Not here sadly. I love shopping at Pottery Barn, in store and online, this is the only location where I'm totally ignored. I've been in the store for about 10 minutes, even walked by the counter and a female employee putting items on a table, not one acknowledgement. In fact I am standing by the white sofas in the middle of the store writing this and no one stopping to see if I need anything. Super disappointing, don't bother coming here unless you like being ignored."
