"Took my car here twice in 6 months for overheating and slowly leaking coolant somewhere. They told me twice they pressure tested for a leak. First time they "couldn't find a leak" second time I think they just guessed and replaced my thermostat which had just been replaced by someone else 6 months prior so I was pretty certain that wasn't the issue and at the same time they then replaced my coolant reservoir because they "thought that's where the leak was." They even told me my lack of timely oil change caused it to overheat. So I had three different diagnosis and none were correct. I Left their establishment only to have my car begin to overheat on my way home to Atmore that same night. The next day the Chevy dealership then diagnosed a "visibly leaking water pump" within about 5 min of looking at it. Now, after repeated overheating and these guys not locating the correct problem I have ultimately have ended up with a blown head gasket, not to mention I've put about $350 of unnecessary repairs on the car with Greg's while they played a guessing game where my coolant leak was. Definitely don't recommend, good luck getting them to answer the phone for updates while they have your car as well. Sincerely, a very unhappy and broke former customer."
"Went in to have a tire switched over to a rim. They were a little backed up. But they got me in and did the job about 30 mins before the time I was given. I will definitely be using them again. Keep up the good work yall."
