"Excellent service. Communication about repairs was daily. I was expecting more than a week but got my car back in 4 days."

"Took my car here for rear end collision. Was quoted 1.5-2 weeks. Was over 3 before we picked it up. Son picked up as we were out of town. Drove it once and heard awful noise from front end. Apparently no one put the clips or pins back on large front plastic piece. The plastic tray trunk was not put in, the trunk wouldn’t open with fob or by standing close to it, and there was a paint chip on brand new bumper from where light was put in. We took it back. Waited two weeks. Went to pick up a second time. Fob still wouldn’t open trunk and tray still missing. You would think after the first time someone would have made sure these things were correct. Guy did say fob worked before pulling car around front and then quit. We left the car there. They had a guy who specializes in calibrating things. He determined it just to be that the car hadn’t ran enough to charge to trunk release or something. Finally picked up a third time. Both times had no communication as to status of repairs unless we called and asked. Customer service sucked and will never recommend anyone going there and will never use again. Progressive sent us there and we let them know as well this prob isn’t a place they should send people unless they wanna keep paying for a rental while they fix their mistakes."

They were fast, friendly, on time and the work they did was exceptional. The inside of my car was so clean I almost didnt recognize it.
