"My recent experience with Sweat Tire Elberta has been nothing short of a nightmare. I've been a loyal customer for many years, but this time was an absolute disaster. I took my trailer in for a new tire, which they changed, along with the agreed-upon repairs for the trailer lights and grease cap. I never received any updates on the progress despite numerous calls to the Elberta location. After a frustrating week, I had to involve the management at the Robertsdale location, hoping they could help. Sadly, even with their intervention, management at the Elberta location failed to complete the repairs or communicate effectively. It's important to note that the service technicians at this location are a great group, and my frustration is directed solely at the management. Their complete disregard for customer service has shattered my trust. I will never use Sweat Tire again for anything, and I hope others reconsider before choosing their services."

"Great guys! Had a flat tire on my Class C RV due to a leaking stem valve but the wheels were seized up. It took a lot of grease and a sledge hammer but they were able to get the tires off and fix it up. Very reasonably priced for the work. Would definitely recommend!"
"So amazing! I called this morning when I noticed one of my tires was almost bald. I needed a trailer tire installed on my travel trailer asap as I am supposed to be in West Louisiana this evening. They got me a new tire quickly, all the employees were very nice and he was helpful to check out my bearings and make sure the tires were all safe to drive. Fabulous customer service and so quick! Also gave some tips on ordering 12ply tires when we buy a complete set! Thank you!"
"Absolutely unmatched customer service. My daughter had a flat tire in Elberta. Called Swear tire. Sent a truck to her car pulled the tire. Allowed me to bring the new tire (Kia Tires for life). And only charged me for the service call. In a situation where I thought I was vulnerable at what I was going to have pay. 110% recommend Sweat Tire!!!!"
