"I was on my way to a conference in Mobile, on a Friday afternoon, when my car started jumping, shaking, and all the dash lights came on. Luckily, I was in front of this Goodyear, and was able to pull over. It was a situation where they could have gouged me for a LOT, because I was from out of town, I'm a woman, the weekend was imminent, and they probably knew they were basically my only hope at the moment. But a very kind gentleman examined my car, explained EXACTLY what was wrong, gave me a VERY reasonable estimate (for spark plugs and fuel line flush), and told me it would be ready in a couple of hours. WOW! Call it serendipity, call it my guardian angel, call it luck, or whatever... but this could have happened on the side of the road in NOWHERE Alabama on the way home Sunday. But right in front of Goodyear 10 minutes from the hotel! Goodyear guys, I can't thank you enough for your skill, kindness, and "reasonably priced-ness"!"

"I got new tires from this place. Less than a month later I've had to go back twice for air. This time when I went in I pulled into the base since it was raining. Some guy screamed and yelled at me to back out I was forced to get out in the rain and wait in the lobby. While I'm waiting my child is stuck at school in the rain. Meanwhile I can hear the team playing in the garage instead of working on my car. I would not have had to come back if the tires had been successful. I am still trying to wrap my head around the fact that this guy yelled at me. Is that the customer service we get at this location."

"I called to get pricing on tires and was treated very rudely. While I was in the middle of asking questions and feathering the needed info for tires, the man said “gotta go chief” and hung up on me. I really thought I was calling a professional company. Very wrong. I went to a competitor and had a great experience."

"The air in my car was starting to blow from cold to cool/warm. To be proactive, I stopped and ALL I wanted was some Freon added. When I went to pay, the bill was $253.96! I was told that a Performance Test for $199.99 had to be run, they couldn't just add the coolant. If I thought I had a major problem, I would have asked for an in depth evaluation. This is a great example of why people have such distrust for car care centers."

"I stopped in because I had a tire that kept going flat. I didn't have an appointment and the gentleman that assisted me told me it would be a few hours to get a repair done. I told him that was fine because we are traveling and it needs to be fixed. The staff there got my family in and out within a couple of hours. Turns out there was a nail in the tire and these guys took care of it perfectly! Everyone here is the utmost professional and courteous. 5 stars is too low of a rating!!!"
